What is a good exercise for working my back muscles when I only have dumbells?

I currently am working out from home and have only dumbells and an exercise ball. I’m after a good exercise for working my back muscles with limited equipment.

  1. Dumbbells aside, pull-ups/chin-ups are great for building the back muscles, so consider getting a pull-up bar for the home, like a doorway mounted pull-up bar.

    Regarding exercises for the back muscles, here is a list that can be performed using dumbbells.

    Single Dumbbell Pullovers (also exercises the chest)
    One-arm Dumbbell Rows
    Dumbbell Upright Rows for the upper back/traps.
    Dumbbell Shrugs for the upper back/traps.
