		<description>This information is rock solid! The abdomin region is just that...two muscle sheths that run from your lower ribcage...to your pubis bone. The blocks you see are called tendonis inscriptures...sort of like if you sat bear ass on a lawn chair with those white plastic straps. Depending on the thickness of those tendonis inscriptures will dictate how the blocks look. Ever see a person so lean but no blocks? The reason is the thickness of the inscriptures. Another point...as mentioned in the article to which I coment...forget those abs devices...they will only create muscular imbalences...and faulty posture....besides...most train the psoas and hip flexors anyway...Remember many of the ab movement patterns we perform are  based on perception and sensation...not anatomical function, in the proper path, and range of motion. SO in conclusion stop the 1000 ab cruches per day as if you were entering the crunch olympics! Work on the proper eating patterns which in turn will bring those abadaba dominals to the surface!
