How much should I be eating to put on huge size?

I don’t know how much muscle gain is realistic. I want to put on as much muscle mass as I can. Is it directly proportional to how much I eat?

  1. I would recommend that you consume a bare minimum of 15 times your bodyweight in calories. 18-20 is even better. Stick to high quality protein sources, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. You should be eating at least every 2-3 hours and consuming 5-7 small meals per day. If you go longer than 3 hours without a meal, your body will enter into a catabolic, muscle-wasting state. If your goal is to get as big as possible, you must avoid this state at all costs and focus on staying “anabolic” all day long.

If you want to get big, you have to eat big, plain and simple. Don’t worry too much about putting on a bit of extra body fat as this is completely normal and a natural part of the weight gain process.

    Eat lots, and eat often!
